We offer this service simply order as usual but for the delivery address put in your local collectplus pick up point over 5,500 UK wide. Simply go to http://www.collectplus.co.uk and put you postcode in and choose the address you want paste this as delivery address. Then in the drop down on shipping option select collectplus
Standard Cost is £5.49p and takes 2-3 days for delivery. Note you have 10 days to collect the parcel.

Any initmate item being worn as an undergarment cannot be returned. As well, any of our products are custom made and, therefore, are not returnable.
In returning item you NEED to obtain a returns note reference from FGL which must be stated on any accompanying documents or correspondence. Failure to obtain returns note reference will delay the processing of the details. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost. If the goods are provided in error or are not of merchantable quality FGL will refund the postage cost in addition to any refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All sale items are not returnable.

Fantasy Girl was founded back in 1994 by Sue Sheppard who already had a wealth of experience organising Transgender & Fetish events in south east England. This culminated in a trans fashion show attended by hundreds of excited guests. ANN
She was constantly being asked for specialist clothing so decided to start from home Fantasy Girl.
It started with a government grant which kept us afloat in those early tricky days. By 1995 we were trading on the Net - we were one of the first online stores - and ever since that we have gone from strength to strength. In 1998 we opened our first shop where we added the name Lacies in Folkestone, Kent, England.
Our present website was relaunched and the company doubled in size in October 2009. This site is constantly updated ot give you the widest range of transgender and sexy products and we strive on rapid delivery.
Throughout our existence our motto has been to help serve the transgendered and others of the community without the prejudice which they often experience in other shops, at work, etc.
What we do care about is that you don't pay over the odds for shoddy goods. We won't sell you items that you won't wear or may you look silly. Likewise we won't sell anything that should only be prescribed by a medical specialist.
All our goods are sent out in plain unmarked parcels and your credit card iwll read FGL Folkestone which could mean anything !!
