REST OF WORLD, USA, ASIA, SOUTH AFRICA Please allow 5/6 working days for delivery NORWAY about 4/5 days and many items will arrive sooner. PACKAGING All orders are sent out in plain vanilla packages with only a return address thus Undelivered return to FGL, 127 Dover Rd, Folkestone CT20 1NL UK. We strive to use appropriate packaging, robust to avoid any items being damaged in the mail. We used ROYAL MAIL for standard sized items and PARCEFORCE for packets. You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, a refund less any postage incurred by Fantasy Girl- Lacies will be made. There are certain items such as V String and Corsetry which are custom made and should allow for longer delivery times. For shipping we normally use Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. However upon receipt of the item if the item is damaged please return the item to us in the condition it was sent out. We will refund all the costs including shipping costs.
