Lacies GOLD Club Card

This is the new loyalty card from Lacies@Fantasy Girl and is available to all customers both online and in Lacies Folkestone shop and the new Hove boutique.

How it works  ?

Customers are eligible for this in one of two ways. If they spend £200 or over on the fantasygirl website in ONE single purchase they are automatically entitled to a gold card if they would like one. They can also get one by spending a minimum £200 in on of our two stores (as above). However, this may be cumulative over one month e.g. if Katie spends £25 one day then the following week spends £175 then Katie is then eligible for a gold card. (NOTE this cumulative method is being trialled in the store only at the moment) 

What are the benefits ?

Holders of our loyalty Gold card are deemed as loyal customers are are therefore eligible for any special offers and free entry to any events that Lacies@FantasyGirl may hold. In the first instance this means 20% OFF any item stocked in our stores (or our mail order depot for Internet customers) and for shop customers 20% for items ordered and fully paid for in the store throughout the month of July.

How do I get my card ?

Web customers will be sent one automatically which will arrive with their qualifying order through the post.

Shop customers can collect their cards from the shop.

How to use the card ?

The card will contain your name and a reference number or personalised password every time you shop with us you can show your card (if in the store) or quote your password or reference number if used online.
